Beat the Winter Blues Wellness and Craft Fair 2025

Greetings!

As a mental health counselor and life coach who works and lives in the North Country community, I constantly hear about the winter blues /post-holiday depression that can happen to many people. I know that  the holidays and winter can be a wonderful and joyful time but it also can be a stressful and difficult time of the year as well.

This Wellness and Craft Fair allows people the opportunity to come and meet the amazing people, providers, services, products, organizations etc. within our community that will help them take time out for themselves, their self-care, healing and rejuvenation as well as having some fun. 

This is our seventh  year and we are extremely excited to continue with the Wellness & Craft Fair allowing people from all over to stop in and visit our amazing vendors!
