I love working with people from all walks of life. I enjoy being able to work collaboratively with people to see what goals they have, what's getting in their way and what we can do together to get them where they want to go.
My trauma informed approach focuses on teaching simple yet effective skills to use daily, to increase communication, decrease tension and increase overall emotional wellness.
