This unique program combines facilitator presentations, private exercises, video demonstrations, and an analysis of communication and conversation patterns that help facilitate the application of effective new ways to successfully work through your relationship rut to connect in healthy, loving, committed, and more expressive ways.
 
The HMT®™️private workshop is held via Zoom. I meet with you privately as a couple and provide individualized feedback, support and coaching based on your relationship needs. The private workshop includes:
8 Weeks of Zoom meetings as follows:
 
o 1.5 Hr Sessions (weekly sessions)
o Email & Text Support
o 1 month follow up Check In Session
