Group Therapy
A Safe & Supportive Community
Group therapy is one of the most powerful and effective methods that offer support, a safe environment and structure to people from all walks of life. Group therapy helps group members to work through life struggles and challenges and learn how to live healthier. As each person is individual and unique so are their needs when receiving counseling. Group therapy is one type of therapy that offers clients an alternative approach to the traditional one-on-one counseling style.
Current Groups
I am currently running the following open ended groups:
A Weekly Women’s Mental Health Support and Counseling Group (Tuesday’s from 6:00 pm to 7: 00 pm)
Currently being held on line
A Weekly Men’s Mental Health Support and Counseling Group (Tuesday’s from 7:15 pm to 8:15 pm)
Currently being held on line.
