In today’s world, sometimes we don’t have the time to be able to engage in traditional weekly or bi weekly sessions. Life can get incredibly busy  yet still needing to work on one’s mental health and emotional issues.  I will teach you effective coping skills to manage anticipated challenges during and after the EMDR Intensives. 

Who Are The Intensives For: 

For busy people who don’t have the time for traditional therapy sessions. You will be my only client for each full working day of your intensive, focusing on your issues and therapeutic needs. 

Getting Started: 

To initiate an EMDR Intensive, I will do a free phone intake to discuss with you the issues you are facing and assess your needs. At the end of our initial phone consult, I will give you a quote for how many hours or days I believe your course of treatment may be.  

Insurance does not yet cover this service. Payment will not be processed until time of service, at which time you can pay by debit or credit card (MC/VISA), cash, or check.

Cost will depend on number of treatment days. Please contact me directly to discuss the cost of the EMDR Intensives. Please note that you'll  be responsible for your travel-related cost( food, lodging etc.) ,
